Ask an AI to program NASA and make you rich, and it'll tell you it can.

I believed it. I crashed. And I learned that your own judgment is worth more than buying Bitcoin in 2011. Now I turn that judgment into tools for building with AI without losing the plot.

I built RoadToBiz in a brutal market using Claude. What kept me standing wasn't the AI — it was the method for knowing when to let it act and when to stop it. That method is now Keel Skills.

What I'm building

Building in public: I show projects as I build them. This list will grow.

  • Company · Flagship

    RoadToBiz

    In production

The operating system of an accounting firm, on Microsoft 365.

The company I'm building. On Microsoft 365 I install a structure so an accounting firm runs with order and control —clients, deadlines, tasks, documents, fees— without depending on anyone's memory. Now in production with the first client.

  • Keel Skills

    v0.3.0 · MIT

A governance framework for Claude agents.

When an agent may act on its own and when it must stop. Three skills: authorization, cost-aware delegation, and context discipline. Each project's specifics live in a file you control, so the framework ships clean.

How I work

Your own judgment is the last moat

I build from implementation, not theory. Working product first; the storefront later.

In the age of AI, generating is cheap. What's scarce is knowing what to let through and what to stop. That judgment is what I package into tools.

Building in public: I reveal projects and ideas as I build them, not all at once.

Esteban Aguilar

Founder of RoadToBiz, the operating system of an accounting firm on Microsoft 365. I build it from the inside, with a real client in production —not from a slide deck.

I create my own tools and methods. Keel Skills is the first one I'm opening to the public.
